Cannellino Reserve
Character: The cannellino® Reserve is our greatest liqueur, because it is produced only with the best and selected cinnamon sticks, left to infuse in pure alcohol for a prescribed period; Then the infusion obtained, filtered, is mixed with refined brown sugar and filtered again; The liqueur obtained is left patiently mature in oak stems for a minimum period of one year. This wise processing allows to obtain a precious liqueur with a unique taste, which presents itself in a special bottle designed and made for this very fine liqueur.
Color: intense dark brown
Alcoholic degree: 30% vol.
Ingredients: Pure hydrated alcohol, cinnamon infusion, brown sugar.
Preparation: We select precious sticks of perfumed cinnamon to grind them twenty -four hours before the passage in infusion. The product obtained is left to macerate naturally for a time more than a month. After a first filtration, follows the mixing with the syrup composed of water and sugar. Thus proceeds with a second filtration after which the product is left to praise for a few months before bottling.
