Character: The intense perfume of the laurel and the fresh liveliness of a decisive taste make this rosolio an ideal liqueur to be sipped at the end of the meals and after dishes with elaborate flavors.
Color: The typical color of the bay leaves gives this rosolio an unmistakable shade of green.Alcoholic degree:28% vol.
Ingredients: Pure hydrated alcohol, sugar and infusion of bay leaves.
Preparation: Our rosolio was born from the infusion in pure alcohol of laurel leaves, for a time higher than forty -five days. The next phase provides for a first filtration which follows the mixing with the syrup composed of water and sugar. Following a second filtration, the product is left to decant for a few months, before being ready for bottling.

Agrosan was born in 1995 with a single great goal, to be able to bring all the artisan authenticity of the liqueurs of the past to the world of today, "the Sicilian rosoli". The company has always maintained its belief intact in the values of tradition, through the selection and use of biological, natural raw materials and the care in the creation of simple and refined packaging.
Agrosan reflects the qualities and characteristics of our Sicily, through the large and small attention reserved for production processes such as hand peeling, patiently made, as was done once.
