Food in Sicily offers the Colomba Fiasconaro with chocolate drops in the 500 g, 750 g and 1 kg versions
Ingredients: soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, chocolate drops 10% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), fresh egg yolk, natural yeast, hazelnut paste (2 %), Sicilian honey, invert sugar, orange puree (ground orange peel, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavourings: vanilla berries.
Icing (11%): fresh egg whites, sugar, rice flour, almonds, powdered vegetable fat (palm, glucose syrup, milk proteins), modified starch, flavourings, wheat starch, unsweetened cocoa, granulated sugar .
May contain traces of dried nuts.
