The artisan Colomba Fiasconaro "Pandorata" does not contain candied fruit, raisins and any filling. The surface glaze is soft and tasty, thanks to the granulated sugar which completes the decoration. Inside the package you will find an envelope of icing sugar to sprinkle as you like.

The "Pandorata" is an Easter dove with high quality sourdough produced with the best ingredients selected exclusively in Sicily. The artisan preparation requires over 36 hours of leavening, this gives it fragrance, perfume and digestibility.

Food in Sicily offers the Colomba Pandorata in the 750 g and 1 kg versions

Ingredients : soft wheat flour, butter, egg yolk, sugar, natural yeast, Sicilian honey, invert sugar, orange purée (ground orange peel, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fat, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, natural flavors: vanilla pods.

Glaze: egg whites, sugar, rice flour, kernels, starch, flavourings, granulated sugar.

Sugar sachet 40g: sugar, wheat starch, flavourings.

May contain traces of dried nuts.
