Fiasconaro's Colomba ORO NERO comes in a beautiful gold box containing a naturally leavened artisan dove, without sultanas and candied fruit, but with chocolate drops, a jar of Fiasconaro coffee cream to spread on the dove, and a Spalmino signed Fiasconaro (a useful knife/spatula ideal for spreading the cream on the dove.

A Colomba that is unrivalled in taste, consistency and lightness.

The Colomba is also shipped with the original matching Fiasconaro envelope.

Ingredients:

Colomba: Wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, chocolate drops (11%) (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla extract), yolk from fresh eggs, natural yeast (contains wheat flour), hazelnut paste (2%), Sicilian honey, inverted sugar, orange puree (ground orange peel, sugar, concentrated lemon juice), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, coffee flavouring, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts.

Coffee cream: Sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, cocoa butter, safflower), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, coffee beans (4.1%), hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), soluble coffee (2.1%), milk protein, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavouring. May contain traces of other nuts and/or lupine.
