Bitter Orange Marmalade with Zagara Honey, 240 g

Inspired by the traditional salad of Sicilian oranges, this marmalade surprises the palate with a delicate and original combination.

Excellent on the toasted bread, perhaps with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a leaf of parsley; it also goes well with savory and medium- to long-aged cheeses, especially with provola sfoglia.

Ingredients:
blood oranges (50%), sugar, fennel (15%), lemon juice, orange blossom honey (2%), black pepper (0.1%). Gelling agent: pectin.
